Recover the parking description
Look at the parking details you already have: facility name, level, section or a saved space number. The city’s Founders Park listing places that public destination on NE 190 Street, south of Lehman Causeway. Such a destination helps orient a conversation, but it does not identify a vehicle parked elsewhere. Our parked-car guide helps assemble a precise description.
Tell the key story in order
Are the keys visible inside, missing after the visit, or with you but not responding? Mention whether a spare exists and who holds it. For automotive work, include year, make and model as well as the key situation; a lockout and a replacement-key request need different information.
Separate a meeting point from the task
If you choose to wait in another permitted place, explain that separately. Give a clear vehicle description and identify any entry arrangement required at the parking facility. Do not assume that a street address for a large destination tells someone which level or section contains the car.
Check what can be arranged
Call with the actual vehicle position and the type of key request to confirm availability and supported work. Have information establishing your connection to the vehicle ready for the discussion. The estimate notes help identify questions about scope before a particular job is authorized.
