Keys inside is a different request
If the keys are visible in the car, say where they are and whether a spare is available. Missing keys may mean you need both access and a replacement key; one does not automatically include the other. If a key is present but the car will not start, describe that behavior without assuming the door lock caused it. The exact supported work needs confirming for your vehicle.
Add a level to the street address
Miami Beach’s municipal parking information distinguishes garages and lots. For your own request, name the actual facility and entrance, then add the level, row or space you can verify. If the car is in private parking, explain any access restriction. The parked-car guide helps separate the vehicle position from a nearby destination and the place where you are waiting.
Make the vehicle details specific
The model year matters even when two cars look similar. Describe the key or fob if one remains, and say whether the vehicle is yours, rented or managed by someone else. Ask what proof is needed before access or key work can proceed. For a rental or company car, involve the responsible contact rather than assuming possession of the vehicle is enough to approve changes.
Check the whole request before booking
Ask whether the particular model and key system are supported, what the proposed work includes and what remains uncertain. Confirm location and availability before relying on an arrival estimate. If you later discover a spare or move the car, update the call. Avoid wedges, tools or repeated attempts with a failing key; additional damage can create a problem beyond the original lockout.
